Disclaimer

I, as the parent or legal guardian of the minor player, agree that both the player and I

will adhere to the rules and regulations established by the Texas Bluejays Football Club.

On behalf of myself and the minor player, as well as all of our heirs, administrators,

assigns and successors, with the intention of being legally bound, I hereby agree to hold

harmless employees, representatives and owners from any claim, liability . , damage or

legal action resulting from the player's participation in the club.

In addition, you grant Texas Bluejays Football Club the right to use the name, image

and/or photograph of the player in printed and/or digital materials, on the club's

website and on social networks, broadcast or in any other way related to the programs,

provided that such use is in accordance with the player's participation in the programs.

By selecting "I Accept" below, as the parent or legal guardian of the minor player I am

registering, I affirm that I have read and fully understand this general release agreement

and voluntarily agree to its terms.
